Privacy notice

This is how Energy Demand handles what you send us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else through the site.

Why we collect it

We use those details for one purpose, which is to answer your request. That might mean preparing your Load Map, asking you a follow up question or replying to what you wrote. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have the context if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. Only the people handling your request see what you sent.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you from page to page and we do not build a profile of your visit.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to amelia.milton@energydemand.co, or send the request through the contact form, and we will act on it. If we contact you and you would rather we did not, reply "stop" and we will not contact you again.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
